The Brilliant & Spellbinding Eye Shadow Palette includes twelve toasty-bronze shades created to achieve a sun-lit, shimmery glow and beach goddess effect. At least that’s what they claim it to be on their website, now let me give you my thoughts on the palette.
It comes in a matte black cardboard packaging with a large sized mirror on the inside. What I also love about this palette is that it has a strong magnetic shut without struggling to open. It’s also very small and easy to carry around.
But is this the ultimate palette?!?! Of course not, but this is a great supplementary palette with some great all over the lid shimmery eye shadows. It has 12 eye shadows in total, 3 of which are matte and the rest 9 are shimmery or frosty shades. A few of my favorite shades are Solstice, Healthy, Languid, Balmy and Spellbinding which is my favorite.
I’ll be honest with you when I say I’m pretty impressed with the eye shadows. They stayed put on my eyelids for 7 hours and they didn’t even budge. For the record, I had already primed my eyelids with my usual MAC Painterly Paint Pot base.
The only thing that’s missing from the palette is a dark matte eye shadow. I would definitely recommend it and I have to admit that it’s pretty affordable for anyone interested in buying it. Overall, I really liked this palette and I would love to try more of them in the future.
It is formulated without: Parabens, Sulfates, Phthalates, Triclosan, GMO, Mineral Oil, Formaldehyde, Lanolin, Gluten, Palm Oil, Vegetable Oils, Casein.
