MAC Dazzleshadow ($20.00 for 0.03 oz.)
These shadows were limited edition, launched in the Le Disko collection. There are twelve shadows in total but I have only three to share with you (Slow/Fast/Slow – Try Me On – Let’s Roll).
The two most impressing things for me were their pigmentation and their longevity. The colors are so sparkly and glittery and makes them so unique. I really wish they made them permanent because I find them to be so beautiful especially for an all-over-the-lid eyeshadow blended with a few mattes in the crease.
If you try to apply them without having a primer underneath your eyes, it will be a disaster. But if you have primed eyelids they appear to be very pigmented, however, the best application I find it to be with you own hands.
Moreover, I am very surprised with the longevity of the shadows. I’ve had them for 9 hours in my eyelids, with and without primer, and they stayed put! They didn’t crease at all, neither of the sides, but I have to admit that by the end of the day the side that wasn’t primed had a lot of fall out in my cheecks. Overall, I was so impressed with the formula of the eyeshadows and the longevity of them and I wish they’d make them permanent.
